    Hi Brian,

    Greg has a fixed pad between the amp and the horn using a 6.2R series resistor and a 6.2R shunt resistor. No protection cap. Greg has evolved his system and everything is active. It’s a very sophisticated and complex arrangement.

    The sound as you might expect is stellar. Greg remains at the cutting edge of loudspeaker design and is a world class engineer.

    Greg is enjoying his retirement.

    I agree, Greg is amazing at what he do..

    I have to study more. The more I do, the more I really like this Greg guy!


    I wonder how he likes the newer JBL 590s?
    Has he commented here on the newer stuff?
