Looking for two way crossover with built-in CD compensation

I am trying to step into a new realm where I can skip building passive crossovers and do it electronically.My main concern is to be able to apply CD compensation without adding passive components.Thanks family.

Analog or digital? Finding a matching curve in an analog crossover may not be that easy. An example are the M552 and M553 that used family curves.

Digital will work if it has tuneable CD compensation.

CD compensation is basically flattening the curve so typically you would reduce the lower end of the response. You would have to design a filter set that accomplishes this. You can do it with DSP. Think of the M2.

Depending on what horn/cd combo I don't think anything is already done where you pick from say a menu of presets

JBL does downloadable presets with many of their PA set-ups where you can download the settings into an amp with built in DSP like the Crowns.

Those are system specific.

Well, I guess it's easier to do the crossover electronically and just as easy to put a couple resistors and a cap together to make a compensation circuit. Maybe (just spitballing here) I can put together premade circuits in a box on a selector switch. Never easy, is it?
