It's a box on a riser with a proud edge up top and a piece of 1/4" glass on a 1/4" mat bringing things flush
    Several models used the same
    Here are the basic dimensions:

Several empties on ePay right now, various conditions

    Good luck

Thank you for quick update, by the way, doesn't it matter much for the location of the drivers?

I've got an empty cabinet hiding downstairs somewhere. I'll try and work up a sketch with dimensions this weekend. I hope you're not in a hurry.

Here's a quick scribble of what I measured. I'm sure there's a few bits I didn't measure so let me know if there's anything obvious, or any particular details you'd like elaboration on.

I put up some better diagrams with measurements over at another forum:

Eventually I'd like to get them into a CAD format so I can have someone else cut the wood for me.

Why not locate and rescue a set of boxes orphaned by the dismantlers? You could probably buy 5 pairs for what the materials alone will cost you.

On the other hand, I'd never discourage a craftsman from practicing their passion!

    BTW, I love my L65's.
