JBLL65 inductor numbers not matching up.

    Hello All

I purchased a pair of L65 Jubal's not the A or B version. I am in the process of replacing the caps and the one resistor.

Looking at the schematics for the L65 the inductors on my crossover do not match up with the numbers on schematics. 1mh I have 13219 schematics says 52727. .5mh I have 13219 schematic says 13221. .3mh 52183 schematic says 52728. Also the .3mh has 3 wires and my wires are blue, white and green schematics says blue, red and black.

Should I be concerned with the 1mh and .5mh having the same numbers.

    Thanks

Sounds like changes in part numbers and wire color coding. If the values of the components match both to the schematic and between speakers then I would not worry.

The three wire component is a transformer, or autoformer, used to attenuate the signal.

    Thanks for the reply.

Thats just it I am unable to determine what the values are. I went ahead an ordered the 1mh and .5 mh and will reuse the transformer.

Also it looks like the wiring is different from the schematics. I guees I am going to redo the whole thing. Oh well so much for a cap and resistor replacement.

Any other comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hello

From what I read the caps will deteriorate over a period of time. Just wanted to do a little maintenance on them.

So I put the L65 on the side until the inductors come in. I pulled out the L166 pair I have and replaced the caps and resistors in them. I must say they sound much better.

This is really kind of practice to build a charged coupled pair for the L300.

    Again Thanks
