Recognizing factory vs aftermarket reconing on a 2225h

I am going to check out four 2225h that have been reconed about 5-6 years. I am only interested if the recone is made with JBL parts. What do I look for?

    TIA

    Lee

A round white JBL ink stamp on or near the surround, a paper label with a stock number starting with J on the cone. The reconners almost always use grease pencil on the back with the cone kit number written out. That's what I look for FWIW

    Thanks Rob

There's indeed a round white seal/stamp near the surround - as seen in one of the pictures below. The seller provided me with the name of the place that did the recone. It is an approved JBL service center in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Also, I will make sure the drivers have 6.5 Ohms DCR.

These drivers will go in my 4530s...
