    604 8hpln Xover

I have one 604 8hpln that was reconed with original parts(woofer and tweeter) since the 80's. I did at the time built a standard xover (1500Hz if my memory is accurate) but is sounds so mid foward that i find it harsh. It didn't play more than a few hour so it is still like a "new" speaker.

So a xover that will tame the aggressiveness of the mids while giving a sweeter top end without the need of a super tweeter, I'd like to keep it in a two way system.

I know that I could have some help in this forum.

    Any input?
