    The actives, well JBL/UREI active crossovers are adjustable ...

    I assume the question regards the 5234/5 crossovers. Yes, but it takes finding or building new cards of the appropriate frequency. The loads are detailed in the manuals at JBL Pro.

    I would like to move up a N40 xover from 1800hz to 2200hz

    Get a digital crossover Behringer DCX2496 where you can select the crossover of your choice till your blue in the face with it.

    Yes you can...

    As long as your unit isn't riveted shut (or if it is, you'll have to open it)
