    JBL 2235H question

Greetings, I am interested in learning more about the 2235H woofer. Could someone tell me or tell me where I can find info on how to tell the difference between the drivers with the Alnico magnet and the drivers with the ceramic.

As far as I know, all "H" drivers are ferrite. The magnet structure has a protective rubber ring. Alnico magnet structures are enclosed in an iron casing.

". . . as you have no doubt noticed, no one told the 4345 that it can't work correctly so it does anyway."—Greg Timbers
