Any info on the Altec 414-16E?

Hi,

I'm new to this forum, and I wanted to ask if anyone knows anything about the 414-16E driver. this was used in the 9844 studio monitor.

I interested in knowing the differences with the 414z, a driver that I have a couple of pairs of already, and like very much.

Specifically, given that the 414-16E is a later model, does it have ceramic magnet, or is it alnico?

I believe this is the ceramic version and the last Alnico were the "C" (not "C" for ceramic, just the line after "Z" & "B"

It is a Ferrite Magnet introduced in 1983 IIRC
