Do authentic L100 Century woofers have accordian surrounds? The ones I am looking at appear to have the ribbed or accordian surrounds. Does this mean anything, I am somewhat unfamiliar with JBL details. thanks.

Yep, and somewhat part-and-parcel why you won't be happy with them as replacements for your L300s. If you're looking for a 12" three-way, try looking at the 4412 and 4412A. Of course the L7 will blow them all away for often less money. If you're feeling flush, maybe L65s (on cinder blocks!).Originally Posted by midlife
