    altec speakers

I have a set of altec 15" bass resonators I purchased in the late 60's.
They appear to be walnut veneer with black leather style tops. I have used them daily. How can I identfy them.

    From the description...

sounds like Altec Santana judging by the cabinet description.

    15" 420A bi-flex with phenolic tweeter.

    Just my quick guess.

Have you looked for a tag on the bottom? Are they veneered on the front baffle? On the back?
