I have one of the 8 threaded screws when extracted binded a little and when you look at the threads (very near) the tip of the screw one of the threads is flattened and it looks like it was possibly due to foreign substance in the driver housing is the culprit.
I have access to a tap & die set via a buddy but I need to determine whether or not these threaded screws are metric or not.
I posted this by accident in another forum and could not delete the post, sorry!

Stopped by my machinist buddy's house last night. The screws are a 6/32 thread size. I was able to use both the tap and die to clean up the threads so I am good to go.
