    Crossover E-145-8 / 2446H / Jabo50-Horn

    Hi,

what crossover and crossoverpoint should be suiteable for this combination? I use a DCX2496 with biamping, but would also try a passive crossover to use one tubeamp alone.

    Regards Peter

    Hello Peter,

Jabo the 50 to 350Hz should indeed go down, but I would not go lower than 400Hz. The 2446 is only up to 500Hz specified, but should also at 400Hz and reduced levels still work. 500Hz, however, would be preferable. Especially 500Hz or 800Hz for the E145 absolutely no problem.

    regards
