It looks like the living voice loudspeaker made in England. They were using Vitavox drivers.
K 15/40 for the bass driver
S2 compression driver with a horn very similar to the Altec 511
and the JBL tweeter to extend from14kHz to 21kHz.
I guess this config is also using another tweeter. It could be super tweeter above the JBL 2405 or a different tweeter to replace the JBL.

I also thought of Living Voice when I saw that enclosure, though it doesn't quite resemble any of their current offerings. Another possibility is that it was inspired by LV but built in Asia by Utopia or a similar company.
