    Last of the Mississippi Jukes

If any of you are into classic blues you owe it to yourself to pick up this DVD.

Its a biography of the Subway Lounge located in the basement of the Summers Hotel in Jackson Mississippi. It's been there since early 1944. They made the DVD to help raise money to save the building from demolition. The sound quality is great and the performances stellar.

Some serious toe tappin, head bobbing blues combined with great stories about the history of a great American art form.

Hi Ken I saw a program on PBS about a year ago about that "Joint"
There was some footage of Morgan Freeman talking about the decline of the Juke Joint. Is this the same program?
