JBL Micro Transducers: I Wonder What These Are Like??

Well I've never seen these before, but that doesn't mean squat

For some reason, I've never contemplated what JBL headphones or ear buds would be like, likely because I don't care much for headphones.

So does anyone have experience with them? Does JBL manufactuer them? I'd be sure to purchase these for the kids or myself in the future, I've never seen them in stores but I've not been looking.

From the HarmanAudio.com site, there are several others models. If you care to look:

Most likely, Harman buys from a Chinese supplier and puts the JBL name on it.

There's a design element that seems common between these ear buds and the JBL Creature II. It's kinda unattractive.

I have the Creature at work in my office. It creates too much bass for the guy in the adjoining office.

Yup, but only a three leaf clover.

I also see the radiation warning symbol in that.

Who does JBL's industrial design these days? Just asking...

I wonder if JBL researched and designed those earphones/headphones/computer speakers, and just outsourced production, or if they just had the whole thing outsourced from the go...? I'd like to hear the headphones.
