Hey guys, I had a pair of chopped up Stanley Screamers laying around and wondered what they would be like with E-145's in them. I added 2123's for mids and 2404's for the top end duties, i haven't spent much time tuning them but the combos sounds pretty nice. I'm using the single 18" "W" bins as subs, so you can emagine how big the bottom end is.

Hi Guido, I make it policy not to go over 130 db in my listening room HaHa........Suprising I am a little responsible with the levels I drive these things to, I've found the bigger the system I build the less I seem to turn up the volume. These systems fill the room so much easier with sound, the levels are actually lower than you would think. I've got something pretty neat planned for the next system.

I have a few questions about this if you don't mind. What are your crossover values and what amps do you use to power them. Also, how would you compare the sound of the E-145's to 2226's ( I've been wondering about that for a while )
finally, what is your basic sound level for listening? I've found I have the same experience with as you do.
