High end pre/pros, receivers being dumped

Has anyone else noticed that last few weeks high end pre/pros being sold on ebay @ 1/2 price and less?
    In particular, Lexicon MC12, normally $13~14k, now @ $6800+. The MC8 and MC4 from 1/2 ~ 1/3 the price.
In the case of MC12s, they have the new MC12 HD, with 6 HDMI inputs. And from what I've been reading, there are still no pre/pros or receivers that can handle DTS HD MA. Though blu-ray can output it, at least on PS3.

Not all are refurbs, at least one is new, two used, 12B new. The MC4 is new,The RT10, RT20 dvds are new.
Like I said, the new gear is coming out with HDMI, which makes all the rest yesterday's has beens.
But with that said, right now there's not a receiver or pre/pro that does DTS HD MA. So I'm in no hurry to get a blu-ray/ hd dvd player and a new receiver or pre/pro.

I haven't jumped into either one. But what I saw on Netflix last week was they have at least 200 titles on blu-ray and very few on hd dvd.
But you can't access DTS MA on either format as there are no receivers or pre/pros that can do it yet.
