2308 or L91 ?

Hi,i'm still looking for a pair of 2308 but as i have been outbid twice on epay(last week bidding up to 327 usd for a pair and still get overbid !!)since i've noticed a pair of L91 on ebay and i wonder if it is the same thing. Besides the velcro attachment which seems different is there anything particular to be aware of?so far i 'm aware, they come from L300 and seems to have a wooden type attachment at the rear,am i wrong? thanks for any help,regards Melvin

The early L91's had the wooden attachment. The 2308's and L91's produced in the 1970's (and beyond) are exactly the same. They just have different ID tags to identify pro-series (2308) and consumer series (L91)
