This should be quick and easy. Are the JBL 18ti's mirror imaged unlike the L20t that aren't

Actually I can't remember! The last pair of stock 18Ti's I had left in 2003. I want to say no, there wasn't a left and right but I could be wrong. I only have one stock 18Ti baffle sitting here so that won't help.

I ended up building three pairs of mirror imaged 6.5-inch 2-ways using the 044Ti, 115H-1, and N4406. I can tell you the stock 4406 is not mirror imaged because I wasn't able to reuse those grilles.

BTW - I've been doing the mirror imaged thing since the 4315 came out. It is usually a dedicated weekend project to crank out the "left" or "right" depending on how one looks at it.

I've been looking on the net for the pass 2 hours and can't even find a picture of a pair with the grills off. Thanks for the info. Mr. Giskard

I did a bit more digging for you. It appears it was not mirror imaged. There is only one part number associated with the enclosure.

The 120Ti, 240Ti and, obviously, the 250Ti were mirror imaged and the part numbers of the enclosures reflect that.

Look at this:

The little JBL logo is on top in the left corner on both speakers. It would look funny having it like that if it was mirror imagen pairs, right? Dont you agree?

Nice Leif!

Which reminds me, we really need to get that whole catalog posted. There's a page or two missing.

I had that catalog once, but think I threw it when we moved 3 years ago. I may be wrong, but I dont think Ti18 specs were listed in that catalog.

Here's a quick scan of the missing pages. They go between pages 3 and 4 in the Library.

Horrid:banghead: I think they will have to be piano black. Good for spare goodies though.
