I came accross this one on Audiogon, what you guys think?

I have read the reviews on the GAS grandson, and I think its worth a shot, if I can find one cheap enough that is.

I have read on numerous reviews the need for a power conditioner, how necessary is this?

I have read on numerous reviews the need for a power conditioner, how necessary is this?Power conditioners are primarily to bring up the commission for the salesman. They are rarely needed or beneficial.

The extremely expensive AC regeneration units by PS Audio and others can be beneficial, but the $900 meter bridges from Monster and others are mostly eye candy.
