Hey guys,
I have a pair of 4410 (the model with L-pad's) and im about to change small things here and there.. (sorrounds on the 127H-1 woofer) filter-components ect... Well before i throw the money in the wrong direction i'll like to hear if someone have
1, experience with electronic crossover and 3 amps for this speaker.
2, experience with passive crossover modifications for this speaker.
It absolute "hurt" me to see the components used in the filter, its really shit in todays standard. Furthermore the L-pads are the absolute "pooh" You can dig up on this earth. I still belief it was good components when it was made.
Anyway, the speaker sounds good and i have a strong believe in it can become much better.
As its quit expensive to make decent filters and i find i close to a 2'nd hand Behringer-filter and some small amps for the 104H-2 and 035tiA i very much value some feed-back from people that have tried it out already.
I have all test and measure-equipement for speaker-tests, room analysis :blah: ect..
Im gonna use the speakers in my home-studio, when i play backing-tracks or do some recordings with friends. Well knowing the limit of the 127H-1 there might be added a sub...... Maby it should be total diffrent speaker.
Looking forward to hear from you out there
