This reminds me of the "dancing toaster" episode at my cousin's home up in British Columbia years ago... that was a bad one!

some years ago independence missouri power and light had an
open house w/free hot dogs,one line man remarked that he had
removed more than one racoon like mess from transformers on
poles

During a firemens strike in Mephis in the late '70s, there was a power outage, and everyone thought a substation had been sabotaged. Turned out to be a squirrel that toasted himself.
