View Full Version : Is there a JBL parts list providng a reference to the speakers that used them?

Hello I am wondering if there is a way to easily find out what used specific drivers horns lenses ect. Say you score some older parts and want to research where and how they were used. thanks for any direction.

Not a complete one. Here is a list of the older system's on the consumer side. There are Pro lists as well none are posted at this time.

Much of the great information available from this site's archives is archived and yet may appear unintentionally "hidden" under the forum headings here. It takes a bit of familiarity to navigate but start with the "Forum" tab and poke around to find some of these gems.

The following list ( first linked to by RobH in his above post ) appears as one of Giskard's creations ( he was so good at this sort of thing that I imagine that he knew this all from memory ).

The list seems to be current up to the mid 1990's or so.

OTOH ( for my own purposes ) , I find simply Googling the items model number reveals the goods.
