4430 Mid frequency L-pad replacement

One of the Mid frequency L-pads on my 4430s doesn't seem to do much when adjusted compared to the other speaker. Can someone please suggest a good quality drop in replacement with proper shaft diameter and length?

I would try cleaning it with De-Oxit D5 before I looked at replacing it. Spray the fluid into any splits/cracks/crevices/holes you can see, let it soak internally for a bit and turn the knob fully in both directions many times with the De-Oxit fluid inside of it. Wipe off excess and give it a listen.
