JBL 4301b or 4401?

I have been looking for a pair of 4301b speakers for a small system im trying to put together.
Nothing available at the moment around here. Im in Canada.

I did locate a pair of 4401's in good shape.
Im just wondering how they compare.
I have read many good things about the 4301's but not much about the 4401's.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

I think the 4301 or 4301b is the right speaker for you. If you can't find them I recommend the L19 or L19A. These are the home versions of 4301/4301B.
I have the L19A's powered by baby receivers Marantz 2216 / Tandberg TR200. Very sweet sounding combos.

Hi, No not yet.
Ive found a good condition pair in the US but they are expensive to get them here.
Also a pair of L19 which are closer to me and a lot less money.

So I cant decide yet. LOL

I think the L19 is as good as the 4301, so you can buy them calmly.

Definitely the 4301B's with blue faces and grill has better collector value. If you find them go for them, but the L19 sounds very close if not the same. :D
