Altec 604-8H Driver issue

Hi

I recently picked up a pair of Altec 604-8H's and they have been working well. I have recently had an issue appear in one of the drivers and its a fuzzy sound. When I gently touch the bass cone it goes, when i let go in make the HF go fuzzy (like vibrations i guess)?

Any hints or tips on fixing or diagnosing the problem?
