Hello from Sweden. Im about to buy a pair of K2S9800. What type of surrounding is there on the 1500AL? Does it worn out like some other surroundings? And is there any problem with degaussing (alnico)?

Thanks. I have read that text a couple of times, but its to difficult (language) for me :)

It seems like the flux problem is solved from what i can read from the text. But what type of surrounding is it? will it rotten or last?

Regarding the 1500AL surrounds, they are made of a rubber material that should last substantially longer than foam surrounds. Nothing lasts forever, but the surround material used on these woofers should last a very long time.
