L100 L Pad Attenuation and setting 0 Reference Point

Hello fellow enthusiasts,

I’m planning to replace the L pads in L100s and am wondering what the original l pads attenuation range is. Also does anyone have any ideas about how to set the zero reference point on the new ones?
