It's an Electro-Voice. Probably DH1A

Right, it surely is.
The 2" version with the snoot.

The Horn is a EV HP64 or 94.

The drivers are good stuff, worth keeping if you have a pair. Strongest 3" VC driver for its time.
On the right horn this driver will play from 4-500Hz to 5kHz were the mass breakup acures.
With EQ even all trough to 15k.

Look for original diaphragm.
