Crown Micro-Tech 600

I've seen a set of three of these available for a decent price and am looking for some amps to run some 15" woofers and a pair of SAM1HFs. I like Crown stuff but haven't seen much about these amps.

So, anyone using these amps in home environments and if so, how do you like them?

Never used the MicroTech but when I was helping a friend with some sound-reinforcement jobs, I always understood the MicroTech to be the poor stepchild of the brutishly powerful MacroTech family of amps. Don't know how they'd compare to the commonly used and inexpensive new XLS line so many here have mentioned for sub use previously. :dont-know:

Yes, I understand it's not the beast of the Crown lot for touring sound etc. Some of them do carry the THX approved badge though which makes me think they may have been marketed for installation purposes despite what the rear inputs/outputs may indicate.
