jbl le120h-s1-driver from the synthesis 3 vented subwoofer.

I have 3 of these drivers in 3 bad vented diy "designs", and im getting sick of their slightly boomy sound :banghead: . my room is also a problem with low bass as its really small and theres no way of getting speakers/subs out the corners, well except by sitting on them :bouncy:.

So i need a subwoofer design that with less boomy sound. i dont need much db under 35hz as my room will ad to much the sound below that.

anybody tried those drivers in a sealed cab?

yes i know, but they all 20 pairs disapired into the enclosure and now im barefoot:bouncy:.

no kidding aside, i actually have blocked the port on one of them, just wanted somebody with more to reference it against would chime in.
