While I wait on getting horns from Lee, I went a head and built some custom crossovers for my Olympus speakers. I decided I wanted the crossovers on the outside. Which begs the questions where and how to mount. This is what I came up with.

There is a block off plate for the Engergizer amp. This leaves a recess in the back of the cabinet.

I cut some 1" MDF to fit the cutout.

I built a box to just fit the new extension.

Finally stuffed the box with parts and it is ready to slip on the back of the cabinet.

Man I wish I had your time! That looks great. Let us know how they sound! What was the cost to put those together?

I like the idea of being able to use some temp wires and adjust these from my listen position. Then I can make some nice cable. That and I can return the speakers to factory very easily.

Parts are PartsExpress.com and came in around $160 for the pair.
