Fiberglass home insulation products. Comes in yellow to match what's already in most of my JBLs. :dont-know:

This thread has links for a treated fiberglass insulation (http://www.audioheritage.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?22930-JBL-cabinet-insulation) that is non shedding and is identical to the vintage JBL material as well as working better than just about everything else I have tried... I do like Sonex foam better, but it is rather costly. I am not sure if you can get the same brand or type of fiberglass in Europe... I believe over there rockwool is more common... and seems to behave very similarly.

I use "Ultratouch" cotton based insulation- made from recycled denim jeans. Works great, nontoxic, and green. Pretty wide distribution you just have to find a place.
