Shelf life of caps

What's the shelf life for electrolytic caps? I ask as I have a bunch of unused, new NP Sprague and Collins x-over caps I've had about 25 years and wonder if they're still useable (in an x-over). They look like new.

Thanks but seems it only discusses life of caps in use or under test. Mine are totally unused.
