Most desired LP/SACD/CD/FLAC-MP3 ????

I've got a couple of LP's that I always look for, but have yet to acquire (excluding eBay) ....do you have a special LP/SACD/CD/FLAC-MP3 that would make your day/week/month/year/life ?? :confused:

(ie: is the search part of the enjoyment or do you just "buy it now" on da 'Bay ??)

Me personally, no. But my Mom is a huge John Denver fan, and she had every single album he had ever recorded with the exception of one called "Whose Garden Was This?" After searching for quite some time (apparently it wasn't very popular) I scored a copy on vinyl and surprised her with it one year for her birthday; she literally started crying when she opened it. I got it from the Bay, and was probably the best purchase I've ever made from that site. :)

There have been albums I've pursued for some time, but I think at this point I've collected everything that was on my "Most Elusive" list. And yes, the search was part of the fun. Other than the one I bought for her, I've only purchased two other LP's off of eBay to date.

I looked everywhere for quite a while for a LP of Cricklewood Green that was in acceptable condition...finally had to go to 'da Bay ....you just get to a point of diminishing returns , and it only cost a little more.That's the only one of mine from online.

Today found a LP of Brain Salad Surgery in MINT condition with the foldout ....have rejected 10-15 copies because of condition...but finally..:D
