The Emotiva XPA (http://emotiva.com/xpa1.shtm) line is well regarded as an extremely good value. The UPA (http://emotiva.com/upa1.shtm) line possibly less so.

Their pre-amp/processors are FUBAR, the 2 newest subs (http://emotiva.com/ultra_sub12.shtm) are earning some fans for price vs performance.
