Hi,
While shopping for replacement diaphragms for my 2440, I chanced upon these. Are they any good?

Follow this thread from the beginning:

Or do a search on the forum for Truextent. I think the consensus seemed to be yes they are good, but they are not a drop in replacement - your crossover will need to be revised.
What's your application?

as HCSguy implied, it may depend on your application.
That said, I've been listening to a pair in 2446 drivers for about a month now,
(in a home environment)
and have no intention of putting the stock diaphragms back in (at least until
I find a pair of 2451/2 donor bodies :))

I use them in the home HiFi environment with SET amps (8 wpc).
JBL 2446/Be/350hz tractix Edgar horns.

Are these Be diaphragms being made for the smaller 1" compression drivers such as the 2425/6?

I can only regurgitate the notion that the 1.75" Be Truextent diaphragms
are a planned product, and no pricing information is available, that I'm aware of.
