Many different speakers have been used in the JBL 4560, mine have JBL 2205s in them. I have seen others with D130Fs in them. I have seen some with non JBL speakers. The main thing to remember that the horn loading increases the efficiency of the driver.
Another thing is that the horn part is very efficient when compared to the bass reflex part. The bass will be very good down to about 100~120hz where the horn cuts off, then there is 6+db drop for the output of bass reflex part. If deep bass is desired the you need to add a sub woofer.
Also because of the throat of the horn is smaller than 15" you can have a problem with the cone hitting the front baffle board and frequencies blow 100hz.
Do you have both drivers?

As I said before only the low bass will down a little from the bass horn, everything else will sound good.
