I wonder how to remove stains and marks of the aluminium faces, i.e. the 066 tweeter, and how to clean the aquaplas surfaces.
Thanks for help.

Most of the JBL tweets can be dissassembled. Then it is not a problem to put them in a lathe and polish them up. As for the aquaplas you can try a lightly moistend cloth with some gentle rubbing. BE CAREFUL. For my money I would leave the aquaplas alone.

I've forgotten on the 066, aren't there screws on the back for removing the frame from the magnet/diaphragm assembly? On the 033 and 044 the screws are on the front.
Anyway, on the baskets, a wire brush should do it quickly, I'd use a dremel.

How about:
Clean: methyl hydrate
Clean & Polish: Brasso, or Wenol (as long as the aluminum is not anodized)
