Wow stephane that’s a nicely built DVD player. I can see the sound supports that it has onboard and I do like the 19” rack mounting appeal for mounting in a rack frame for smartness.:applaud:

I assume it as an upscale for DVD as well?
Nice assorted outputs as well.

Blimey! Just looked at Google product search it’s a bit costly, but then again it is a professional DVD player.;)

I tip when taking a picture inside with light coming from the window! Shut the curtains and use the flash, you’ll get a better picture, that’s what I leaned.

The first picture is too dark! I don’t know why you didn’t try for second picture but some digital cameras have lousy backlighting on the LCD that makes you think, you’ve taken a good picture that is until you see it on CRT computer monitor. sigh
The other remaining pictures are okay looking.

So what are you using it on?
CRT television widescreen
A decent enough flat screen that doesn’t have picture lagging hence most LCD screens?
A decent plasma screen?
A video projector?

Are your listening to a lot of SACD or DVD audio or other?

Using the HDMI lead?
Using the component RGB outputs?

Hello,
Thank you for the digital photography tips, I'll do better next time.
Currently I use this drive connected to HDMI on an LCD screen full HD PANASONIC.
I have some SACD but not DVD-Audio, my collection is about 900 CDs.
I am interested in reading the universal format and the digital outputs.

Thanks Stephane for posting this. I'm helping another member put together his system and suggested he check this out . I feel the price to be very reasonable for what your getting . Wolfson make a fine dac and it seems they have spent a great deal of time and effort to offer a genuine audio product.
This company is very well know in the recording industry and has a vey good reputation.

Could you please share your listening impressions .

Merci , Rich

Tis a pity when I cannot reassemble it tho ;)

Oh, that’s interesting you can adjust brightness contrast on the players internal settings.

Hello,
This player is on a DVD player, it is possible to have a control screen.
My LCD screen is 7 inches.
Best regards.
