foilcals for 3285a's

can Anyone supply an high res image of a foilcal for a 2385a so I can get some made with an indigo printer? or is anyone supplying these. got a great deal on three for 300, but the foilcals were missing

I can make them with the attached image, but need to know the attached verbage and how to put in the company name, address etc . An image from the front of any 2380, 2385, 2382 etc will suffice. The colors on these just need cleaning up in Photoshop. Once I've got these, it should be straight forward to duplicate them on film, which just needs to be heat laminated to metalized mylar to create a bi-layer foilcal.;)
