Hello at all,to this great forum!
I a from austria and i have now a pair of the VOT.It was only the poorman version with the 421-8LF woofer,908-8A driver and the 511B horn,crossover is 1209-8A.The rear side of the cabinets was marked with 8 90,is that the date of fabrication? What could i make that this speaker sounds better?would it help to chance the crossover?Maybe i had i chace to become 515-8GHP ,806-8A with the 811 horn.Is that better for the VOT?

Hello dieter, your wellcome.
The 421 mas made for musicans, guitar player. the 515 would be a better
choice. you can cross the the 511 horn at 500 Hz, your crossover does at
1200Hz, so your HF driver can take higher levels. For a smaller room the
811 would be better, but then up to 800Hz. Take a look on ebay, there are allways crossovers. Sorry, my english is too bad, I hope you undersand it.
