Can anyone provide me with a diagram to restring this tuner?

I can get it to work for a few times back and forth and then it binds up around the tuning wheel.

I would suspect that Jim McShane will have the documentation. Google his name and you'll get a hit for his website. He's a great guy to work with, too, and is about as knowledgeable as they come on the old Citation tube gear.

I sent e-mail to Mr. McShane,
perhaps he is on vacation and no responce.

Jim will respond to your query. His tube and Citation kit business is a hobby for him and he does travel in his consultancy job. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
