What is the difference between an Altec Valencia and a VOTT?

Was told to look into both of these speakers and wanted to know what are the differences between the two.

The A7 VOTT is quite large and horn loaded in the midbass, reflex for the LF notes.

The Valencia/Flamenco are bass-reflex models with a smaller footprint.
Hint: These pass the SAF better than the VOTT models.
