(BTW: I was unsure whether to put this here or in the marketplace area, but since it was NOT a JBL part...)

I've got a single Olsen horn tweeter; I either need to find another one, or possibly trade it toward something I can use.

The tweeter is very much like an EV T35; in fact, I've been told that it's basically a "clone" of a T35. It's very heavy construction- brass thumbscrew terminals, heavy castings...

As I said, I either need to find another one, or trade the one I have toward a pair of something like an EV T35, or really, any good (as in efficient, the woofers I'm using are like 98 dB sensitivity) vintage (50s or 60s) small horn tweeter.

I'd prefer to trade for this, from the drivers I've got forsale/trade, but I'd be willing to buy one outright, if the price is cheap enough.

Anyone seen one of these guys, and/or have any other info on these?

Thanks... here's a picture of the horn:

You could try to build a center channel for a home cinema.
I am in the same position I have a single set of goodmans tweeter+compression+12". Should I keep or sell?
I kept as a center channel,

Really? Which Goodmans? Coincidentally enough, someone just gave me a pair of Axiom 301 12" dual-cone woofers... I need to recone them, but they look like VERY interesting drivers!

BTW- I did pretty much what you described. I have an old EV-design kit-built corner horn enclosure, that someone had installed an old Norelco/Philips 12" driver in. Drastically needed a tweeter... and there was actually a good place on the baffle, for one to go right in!

WELL... a bit of tinkering around with a crossover network (standard second order plus a tweeter L-pad, and the Olsen has "perked up" that Norelco just fine!

Now, I just need to find a PAIR of something similar (ie, like EV T35s or the like) to go with the Axiom 301s, to complete my "mutt" system in the C36 cabinets...

Gordon.
