I really liked his design for the 2245; in this section he plopped his CS3115 and his own wood horn for a 5 way configuration. I don't think he kept it that way for long, as he has done several cabs since then, but again, I really liked his take on the 2245 cab.

looks sweet. Wish I had room for 18" woofers. (The wife would sh*t if I got something that big.:banghead: )
Do you know what he has sitting on top? I must have missed it somewhere.

On top are CS3115's, plain black birch cinema cabs built in the JBL custom shop for a large theater chain, and subsequently not delivered to them (was told that the chain backpedalled on the order). They then were a tent sale item.
2226G woofer, (4 ohm, a major difference from other cabs), M209 8A 8 inch horn loaded cone mid, 2425H tweeter. Pretty fun; can sound pretty good. I have four of them.
The mid/hi horn is one piece, pretty neat. This weekend I am going to remove the mid/hi units and place on top of my 2245 cabs in a HT setup just to mess around.
BTW, the mid/hi unit can be rotated for use either vertically or horizontally.
