difference between 2226 and 2227?

i was wondering if i could put 2227's in these boxes...

would the 3 ports have to be leghtned or shortened? Would i still be getting the benefits of slightly decrease distortion?

Could someone pls put the specs in a enclosure calculator and compare the 2226 and 2227..Thanks!

The 2227 does not have a ribbed cone like the 2226.

I guess I need to pay more attention to details in the future.
