I am building a home theater system for my girlfriend... and am in need of some suggested crossover points. Here is the equipment:

4 main speakers - with two 2235H woofers, 2470 compression driver, 2345 horn, and 2404H baby cheek. (physically arranged like Project May):D

Subwoofer - two 2245H woofers.

Center channel - as main speaker, but with only one 2235H.

The preamp / processor is a Sony TAE 9000ES

The amps for the main speakers and center channel are BGW SPA-3. They have 3 separate mono power amps with an integrated 3 way Linkwitz Riley active crossover (24 dB / octave). I have to solder in caps and resistors on the pcb to set the crossover points.

The subs run off the LFE channel in the Sony TAE 9000ES into an old BGW 750C power amp.

The $64K question is crossover points for the mains and center channel.
I am preliminarily looking at crossover points of 1kHz between the 2235H and the 2470, and 7 KHz between the 2470 and the 2404H.

What do you folks think about these points?

Thanks for the help.

Yes - another gun-totin' Montana redneck - LOL...:D

Suggest you look at NE5534A op amps for your gain stages in that controller.
Much lower noise than the TL074N...
