15", 'reconed by a JBL certified service center in Santa Rosa, California.'
Which one would that be, and anyone who has had experiences with their work?
Thanks

Steve,
I'll posit the opposite by saying I've gone to certified JBL service centers where most of the workers are not JBL certified, though some are. I have to insist that a JBL certified technician do the work, otherwise a 19-year-old kid earning minimum wage might do it. Some of these kids might be pretty good, but I can't take the chance. (Of course, once I'm gone, they might have the kid do it anyway. :o: )

Santa Rosa is too far away, so I can't answer your question.

There's one on the list in Santa Rosa.
I do know several members up there who come to Berkeley to get their recone/refoam work done, tho....
